RogueX is a trading platform that supports two main types of trading: spot trading and perpetual trading. Both of these trading options are integrated into the same liquidity pool as Figure 1 shows. RogueX's spot trading function is built from the Uniswap V3 protocol.

In Uniswap V3, liquidity is primarily utilized around current price tick. Traders can engage in the buying and selling of digital assets at real-time market prices. Perpetual trading on RogueX is distinctive in that it leverages funds from the other side of trades to offer users additional leverage.

RogueX's liquidity pool exhibits dynamic behavior, where it grows and shrinks based on user trading activities. Liquidity in the pool increases when users experience losses in their perpetual trading activities . Conversely, when users profit from their trades, the liquidity in the pool decreases, as those profits are withdrawn.

This dynamic liquidity management mechanism helps maintain a balanced and liquid market while ensuring that the necessary funds are available to cover users' trading positions.

In the case of spot trading on RogueX, we have built our platform upon the foundation of Uniswap V3, incorporating the fundamental trading logic that closely aligns with Uniswap V3's protocol.
